Unsupported gloves are manufactured by dipping a mold directly into a material, such as latex, to produce the glove. These unsupported gloves can remain unlined or they can be flocklined by turning them inside out while still wet and painting them with cotton lining or dipping them into a vat of cotton. The flocklining eases donning of the glove, similar to the use of powder in disposable glove manufacturing. RONCO leather gloves are made from full grain leather and from three grades of split cow leather. Full Grain Leather is leather that has not been altered beyond hair removal. Made from the outer part of the hide, it retains its original texture and markings.
